A two days workshop on “EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF PHYSIOTHERAPY DEPARTMENT” has been organised keeping in view the Vision,Mission and Values of the Sancheti Hospitals.
The two days schedule has been prepared to provide an avenue for post graduate physiotherapists to not just develop most current clinical skills in best patient care and learn advances in Physiotherapeutics but also to acquire an experience in various aspects of administration apart from gaining academic knowledge.
This workshop involves participation of highly competent faculty having rich experience in their field.To highlight our founder President Dr.K.H.Sancheti and the very dynamic Executive Director Mrs.Manisha Sanghavi are amongst the top faculties apart from the others.
During the workshop a couple of important aspects like Management Skills,Leadership,Legal aspects,Documentation,Accreditation,Budget,Business Writing,Performance Reviews,Patient Satisfaction Survey and many such others will be covered.
The workshop will be conducted at Sancheti Health Care Academy(SHA) the academic arm of Sancheti Group.
OBJECTIVES-
To make the participants aware about the administrative aspects required for smooth functioning of the Physiotherapy Department.
To help the participants in gaining knowledge on certain aspects pertaining to their curriculum.
This workshop will provide an avenue for the participants to acquire administrative knowledge which will in turn help them plan and set up an independent Physiotherapy department.
